What’s the minimum investment required?

This depends on the property, but we focus on affordable single-family homes in strong rental markets.

What if I want to sell the property later?

It's your house, you can absolutely sell it. However, securing a long term lease at above market rent is difficult to do, so there is significant value in that. Most Sober Living homes within our network extend their leases and they stay sober living homes for decades.

What’s the typical cash-on-cash return?

It really depends on the deal, as each one is different. We try and target at least a 9% cash on cash return for our investor partners.

Can I use financing to purchase?
